At Gift Definer, we take pride in creating unique, customized gifts for small and medium-sized businesses. We understand that each order is special and tailored to our clients’ specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Custom Orders

The majority of our products are custom-made to your specifications. As such, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a proven defect in materials or workmanship. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details before finalizing your purchase.

2. Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed your expectations. Each item undergoes rigorous quality checks before shipment. In the rare event that you receive a product with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

3. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt
  • Provide a detailed description of the defect and, if possible, include photographs
  • We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days

If we confirm the defect, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost to you, or
  • Offer store credit for future purchases

4. Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • After 24 hours, we may have already begun the customization process, and cancellations cannot be accepted

5. Exceptions

While we generally do not offer returns or refunds on customized items, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to find a mutually satisfactory solution.

6. Non-Customized Items

For the few non-customized items we offer:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply
